This is the Wyvern Transport Craft from AVATAR
The Wyvern Troop Transport is an eight-rotor heavy transport aircraft used by the RDA for deploying either troops or AMPs into hostile territory. It is the RDA's second largest aircraft alongside the venerable Dragon Assault Ship.
