This is a stiffener for the Quad Lock Adhesive Dash/Console Mount: https://www.quadlockcase.eu/collections/shop-car/products/adhesive-dash-console-car-mount 
 

I use this mount in multiple vehicles, and while it performs well overall, it can feel slightly unstable. On bumpy roads, the phone vibrates, making it difficult to view comfortably.
 

This stiffener wraps around the mount and, when tightened, significantly increases its rigidity, particularly along the mount's length. It is designed to use two M4 flat-head screws and two M4 nuts. I used M4x25mm screws, but these are longer than necessary. I plan to replace them with shorter black screws for a cleaner look. Longer screws, however, make installation and tightening easier.
 

For durability, print this stiffener with a material that can withstand the heat of a car interior in summer, such as ABS, ASA, or similar. My prints were made with ABS.
 

The model can be printed in two orientations. Printing it standing up looks better with a coarser layer height, while printing it lying down with 0.08mm layers results in a cleaner finish and likely greater strength.

 

The Fusion360 .f3d file is included. You may want to modify the model if your mount has a steeper angle and the stiffener interferes, or if you need to adjust the position of the teeth on the mount.
