19in Rack - Unifi Pro XG 8 PoE 1U Rack Mount

Mount your Unifi Pro XG 8 PoE switch securely to any standard 19" network or server rack using this low-profile 1U bracket. Designed to work with Mauker’s 1U modular system, can be paired with blanks or other modules as needed. Also pairs perfectly with my Unifi UCG-Fiber mount to keep both devices within a single 1U of rack space.

Assembly:

• The switch is held securely by the pressure from the side arms once mounted to the rack, no extra top or bottom brackets needed. It’s effectively a precision friction fit once fastened in place.
• 3x M5 screws (10mm~)
• 3x M5 hex nuts
• Also supports M4 hardware if appropriately sized
  Ensure screws do not protrude out of the pocket or risk damaging your switch housing.

Ventilation:
Rear-side cutouts maintain airflow over the Pro XG’s vents, no blockage or thermal issues.

Print Settings:

• Material: PETG (for heat resistance)
• Walls: 3
• Infill: 15% or greater
• Supports: Required under rear section
• Orientation: Recommended to print flat for speed (default in my print profile).
  If surface finish on the faceplate matters to you, print it face-down on the build plate for a cleaner texture — but note this will double the print time.
