C17 Globemaster - Assembly Version
Due to material shrinkage and printing accuracy, sanding and gluing may be necessary; apply firm pressure.
Test printer: A1 mini -- low-temperature stabilized build plate, Bambu PLA, 0.12mm layer height, 2 walls, all acceleration settings at 1000 or below, small part speed 60, 3 walls.
Before printing, thoroughly clean the PEI build plate to ensure optimal adhesion. Ensure the filament is dry. Do not use a mobile device for printing. Enable automatic tree supports.
Material usage: 96 grams, print time: 8 hours 11 minutes.
Default setting includes a brim; users confident in their printer and filament may disable this—I did.
Many thanks to all who have followed, liked, downloaded, and boosted this model.
Illustrated assembly instructions

1. Assemble the engine components first; the order is not critical.

2. Attach the engine to the wings. Refer to the image; pieces with circles should be oriented inwards. The part with one circle goes inside, the part with two circles on the outside.

3. Connect the nose and the fuselage.
