Description

An easy-to-print version of the popular sliding puzzle.

I recommend using a smooth print bed. I'm using the YOOPAI print bed for this print:

I also use Bambu PLA "Metal Cobalt Blue Metallic" & PLA "Matte Orange." I don't recommend using Silk PLA for this print because the gaps between the individual pieces and the frame are very narrow. Silk PLA tends to get a bit larger. This closes the gaps and prevents the puzzle from moving.

If the pieces do stick together slightly, they can be removed by gently moving them back and forth. It's worked well for me every time. Please let the puzzle cool before removing it from the print bed, otherwise the frame may warp, and the puzzle won't slide smoothly.

To connect the frame to the base plate, I use "UHU Plast Special" glue. It's easy to control the amount of glue.

It's sufficient to fill the middle groove with a little glue. The outer grooves are only there to absorb excess glue, preventing it from oozing out.
