Keter sell a range of outdoor storage solutions, including wheelie bin stores where you can attach a hook to the lid of the unit, a clip to the bin lid and a chain in-between connects the two for easy access…

If you need an official replacement part from Keter, they are very expensive.  The hook & chain are generally available hardware, but the bin clip is a custom part called WLCC in the manual.  

I couldn't find a suitable 3D model anywhere, with Clip on hook being the closest but a tad misfit, so I created one.

This basic model serves as a printable replacement in PLA, PETG or ABS - they all seem strong enough for purpose.
