AMS HT - Desiccant Box / Silica Dry Pod
Print Profile(4)

Description
Desiccant container for the Bambu Lab AMS HT.
This was designed to fit snugly into the AMS while still having good airflow through the compartment.
I highly recommend printing it in ABS or ASA.
If you use PETG, I would not use the drying function above 70°C.
ABS easily stands up to 12+ hour drying cycles at 85°C.
Printing instructions
- Use the included print profile. The ABS version has slightly different geometry to account for shrinkage.
The 2nd print plate includes a funnel attachment to make filling the desiccant box easier.
Usage:
- Refer to the 4th image for attaching the lid. The front must be inserted first at an angle. Then you can push down to securely close it.
- To remove the lid, use a finger nail or flat tool and pry up from the back.
- To remove the pod from the AMS: the lid features a tab protruding from the front that you can push up on. There's also a notch that you can fit a tool/fingernail into.
I prefer to use white silica bead desiccant without color indicators because the additive is toxic.
Or activated alumina desiccant: https://amzn.to/41yDjZv
