This is a replacement solution for the common blow evaporators supplied in chemical laboratories; for those unfamiliar with its function, it is used for the analysis of chemical substances that are evaporated in special ampoules.

The original glass evaporator is fragile and dangerous if it breaks because it creates sharp glass fragments; this plastic solution avoids this problem without compromising the analysis results.

For those who would like to try printing it in other materials, I recommend polycarbonate (PC); I also printed and tested a polycarbonate version, but PLA+ also works very well.

RECOMMENDED MATERIALS:

  • PLA+
  • PETG
