Description
PTFE 4-in-1 Adapter Plate for H2D / H2S / H2C
This adapter plate allows the attachment of two PTFE 4-in-1 adapters to the back of your printer. This enables up to 8 PTFE tubes to be neatly connected
The position is optimized so that neither the purge chute nor the filament holder is obscured. The assembly is securely fixed using two screw points on the back panel
Required Accessories:
- For the back panel: 2x M3 x 14 mm screws (replace the original screws) + 2x M3 washers
- For the adapters (Optional):
- Option A: 2x M4 x 12 mm screws + 2x M4 heat-set inserts (6 mm length)
- Option B: 2x self-tapping screws (M3 x 10 mm)
- Connection: 2x PTFE tubes, each 490 mm in length (connection between the adapters and the buffer)
Assembly:
- Preparation: Depending on the chosen option, melt in the M4 threaded inserts or directly use the self-tapping M3 screws to attach the PTFE adapters to the plate
- Attachment: Unscrew the two existing Allen screws on the back panel and fasten the adapter plate with the longer M3 x 14 mm screws and washers
- Tube Connection: Connect the adapters and the buffer with the two 490 mm long PTFE tubes
