Transparent Window Screw Box with Customizable Text

The screw box measures 155×162×30mm and has 25 compartments, each measuring 29.2×29.2×24.4mm.

A 150×150×2mm acrylic sheet is required. Many stores on Taobao offer this specification, and it's inexpensive. The lid's dimensions are designed to fit a 151×151mm acrylic sheet. If the acrylic sheet you purchase is slightly larger (I once bought a 151.4×151.4mm sheet), and it doesn't fit, simply enlarge the box slightly proportionally before printing. After printing the lid, adhere the acrylic sheet to the inside of the lid. We recommend using double-sided tape approximately 0.2mm thick (3M 300LSE is recommended).

The lid requires 4 Ø4×2 or 2 Ø4×4 magnetic buttons, adhering them to 2 holes;

The base requires 2 M2 carbon steel (attracted to magnets; stainless steel will not work) screws, screwed into 2 holes. Alternatively, 2 Ø4×2 magnetic buttons can be used, though magnets are best avoided as they may attract screws from the compartments, potentially jamming against the lid.

For the pivot, use filament: Use a lighter to slightly melt one end of the filament to create a mushroom head, insert it into the screw box's pivot hole, cut off the excess leaving 1mm, and carefully flatten the remaining end with the lighter.

The lid's text can be customized using a label maker. Use my template, modify it to your needs, and download the STL file. Return to the Bambu Studio slicing software, select 'Plate 2' and "Screw Name-KB series.stl", right-click and choose "Replace with STL", and then select the downloaded STL file.
