Description

To extend the library of prints you can wear, I remixed this snapback. Recommended to be printed in TPU90A, though can most likely be printed in other flexible filaments or flex grades.

Voronoi style to not trap heat, and it looks good.

Printing with supports is recommended for the top part

Do a flow rate test first to avoid under extrusion when printing with TPU., I found 200% extrusion modifier to work well on my A1 for me, your mileage may differ.

TPU is very hydrophilic, keep this in mind during the about 35hour print not to waterlog your spool during printing.

Scaling:
you want to measure you head (or a cap you already wear) left to right, add 9mm and thats what you want to scale the cap to for it to fit, you might need to cut it in 2 pieces for it to fit onto the printplate. i suggest cutting off the sun shield and glueing it on afterwards.
i still did not manage to print the cap well enough so far i learned you need to print it bottom down as you would wear it to prevent support leftovers to be visible (unless you print with an extra support material that isnt TPU then i guess its fine)
