<p>This needs to be printed with supports.  I tried a few different ways without but found the supports are needed but come off really easily.</p>

0.16mm layer, 2 walls, 10% infill

<p>Just a simple heart!  My wife wanted some small hearts that she could use for Valentine decorations but didn't want just a regular shaped heart. So here we are with just a simple heart with a little extra geometry!</p>
