Last weekend, I saw the live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon, a true template for animation-to-live-action adaptations. The film's main dragon, Toothless, stands out for his refined appearance among the other dragons.

Here, I've combined the dragon and hairpin designs to create a Toothless hairpin.

A 16-centimeter hairpin body with dragon scale patterns features a small dragon egg at the head (consider multi-color printing for a different colored egg), which is then connected to Toothless himself.

Toothless's body uses an articulated hinge design, creating a delightful jingling sound as he moves.

The entire model can be printed in one piece, on a heated bed at 50 degrees Celsius, with minimal supports and a brim to ensure stability. (Of course, there should be better print bed placement methods; I'll adjust them later.)

The finished hairpin weighs approximately 13 grams, slightly heavier than a typical small hairpin, but it's practically weightless when worn.
