Description

Bring your miniature world to life with a tiny terrain display tank!

These two-part miniature habitat enclosures print in about 1.5h with no supports needed. You will need to print both a base and a lid, but assembly is easy and tool-free. A track in the lid fits securely over the base walls - just add a dot of glue to hold the two parts together.

Features:

  • Two different styles - pick an enclosure that shows off your diorama scene!
  • Base track to install clear viewing panels, designed for a piece of 1 mm acrylic but you can use any sheet plastic like recycled clamshell food packaging
    • If you are using acrylic or acetate sheets, a 1 mm sheet fits best; 1.4 mm will also work, but with a much tighter fit
    • Recycled plastic packaging is thin so use a bit of extra (clear-drying) glue to hold it in place
  • Three lid types
    • Vent lid for ambient lighting in the tank (recommended)
    • Solid lid for a dark/shadowy tank environment
    • Lighting lid if you have battery-powered LED spotlights (pictured below)

Note: These tanks are for diorama/miniature use only. They are not suitable for live animals, water, or real ecosystems.
