3KG No-Nail Glue Wall Mount Bracket

Limited home space prevents placing the AMS lite and other brackets on my desk simultaneously; mounting a 3KG spool on the gantry seems to compromise print quality; hence, I conceived a wall-mounted solution, eschewing the need for drilling.

This bracket requires applying adhesive to its rear surface, pressing it firmly against a smooth wall, and allowing two days for secure adhesion before mounting the filament spool.

Given the substantial weight of a 3KG spool, I incorporated bearings to mitigate stress on the extruder and included a retaining plate to prevent spool detachment.

This bracket is suitable for

filament spools with a core diameter exceeding 45mm

For 45mm spools, mount the spool before attaching the retaining plate.

50mm spools do not require removing the retaining plate for access.

It can also accommodate two 1KG spools, facilitating convenient filament switching during printing.

Any self-tapping screw under 1cm in length will suffice; longer screws may impinge upon the bearings.
