This is the Paper Towel Spool Shelf. An adapter that uses the Costco/Kirkland empty paper towel rolls as storage. It is as simple as putting the paper towel roll on the adapter, placing the empty spools over the roll, and storing your objects in a way that costs less than a dollar, and puts your old spools to use.
