🔧 Update – June 22, 2025 – Version 8:
Added a rear tab (lug) to the blade to reinforce the area that tended to deform at high speed. Thanks to this improvement, the blade lasts much longer before coming loose.
The right-side teeth have been removed in this version, as the blade can no longer be flipped due to the added tab.

🛠️ Both Version 5 and Version 8 are available – feel free to choose the one that best fits your needs!

 

 

🔧 Reinforced Blade for Einhell Grass Trimmer 🔧
Compatible with this model: Einhell GE-CT 18 Li-Solo

This is a fully reworked replacement blade, designed from scratch to be printed in TPU.
Most existing models aren't designed for flexible materials and don’t fit properly or pop out during use — so I decided to create my own!

✅ Why this version works:

• Custom-designed for TPU (tested with 95A)
• Went through multiple prototypes — this one cuts the best, holds up the longest, and stays firmly in place
• Added serrated teeth to help improve cutting (still a bit experimental, but seems promising 😅)
• The mount was tightened to ensure a secure grip during trimming

🧪 Technical details:

• Material: TPU 95A

• Infill: 100%

   

⚠️ Must be printed in TPU! Hard materials won’t allow proper mounting or flexibility.

🧵 Bonus: printed in red to make it easier to find in the grass 🍃
