Bing3D ABS/ASA 0.2mm Nozzle profile for RC plane
Print Profile(3)

Description
Update 2026/03/01
Added new Bambu Slicer profile. 2D lattice infill is now supported, but not yet print-verified
This model is an example of parameters for printing fixed-wing aircraft models using Bing3D ABS/ASA filament and a 0.2mm nozzle.
Thanks to the excellent layer adhesion and toughness of this filament, printing with a 0.2mm hotend, 0.25mm line width, and a smaller infill ratio can achieve significant weight reduction while maintaining strength
Please note!!!
- It is recommended to use Orca Slicer 2.3.0, open the 3mf file in the attachment, as the unique 2D lattice infill feature of Orca Slicer 2.3.0 is superior to the Bambu Studio version
- Bing ABS/ASA has a lower softening temperature, so the ideal printing method is an enclosure, using a polyurea cold build plate, and reducing the bed temperature to 40℃. PEI build plates require opening the door for heat dissipation to prevent clogging
- The 3mf file contains the Titan Microclaw model for reference only. Specific settings such as infill ratio, local reinforcement, hole compensation, and bed adhesion need to be adjusted according to the actual model. Recommended settings: all line widths 0.25mm, wings 2%-2.5% 2D lattice infill, fuselage 3%-4% cubic infill. Spiral or adaptive cubic infill is not recommended
