BB Gun (Magsafe) 3.0 (PRINT IN PLACE)

This model serves as a follow up to a previous ppopular design Here : https://makerworld.com/en/models/1087916-bb-gun-magsafe#profileId-1080997. After reading all the coments and analysing the negative feedback I thought I should adress the two main issues that people faced with an updated version.

Issues

1.) Assembly was hard and sometimes resulted in the fracture of major components.

Solution : To address this issue I completly redesign the entire trigger and firing mechanisim. By opting in for a print in place solution the model can simply be printed and be used straight out of the build plate no assembly required. 

2.) The magnetic suction was very weak. 

Solution : To address the magnitic suction issue I decided to increase the magnet ring count. in order to increase the magnetic ring count and keep the same form factor I had to reduce the magnets size to 6 mm x 2 mm. NOTE : The print profile does not include the 25 bbs pack. During the prototyping phase i found it to increase the print time and also waste filament. instead ill link the stand alone bbs if you want to print some out along with your Magsafe bb gun.
