Description

This is a fidget ball with gears.  It is roughly 5 inches in diameter (130mm).  It can be printed without an AMS.  Print the center plate and then print the curved outer part plate 4 times.  I think it looks best in different colors.

 

To assemble first insert the pins into the gear sections.  Using pliers helps.  Adding a little lubricant to the pins also helps and will make the ball more enjoyable.

 

Insert the small gear sections into the center sections marked 1.  Spin them after inserting them to make sure they all spin freely.

 

Insert the larger gear sections into the center sections marked 2.  Spin them and the gears next to them so they also spin freely.
