Description

3D Scanner Turntable that uses the 4x2mm magnets and the 8mm steel balls from the Maker's Beginner Kit (or you buy them separately, both options linked in the BOM). Rotates with little friction as you can see from the gifs.

Diameter 178mm, i.e. printable on an A1 mini.

I recommend using glue to secure the magnets. Make sure all magnets have the same polarity when secured, and that you use then the same polarity for the magnetic markers, so that they snap nicely in place. I've added some photos on what glue and my process of securing the right polarity.

Happy 3D scanning!
