Mushroom-Shaped Wall Hooks

Unable to find a coat rack system we liked for our home, I designed this set of mushroom-shaped wall-mounted clothes hooks. They are available in four sizes—small, medium, large, and extra-large—and are affixed to the wall with a single screw. I printed them in PLA and PETG.

They are designed for variable layer height printing. Two profiles with this adjustment have been uploaded. Furthermore, one profile utilizes a PETG support interface to facilitate support removal in PLA prints using the AMS (manual layer changes can be made as only two filament changes are required. When printing in PETG, simply replace the PETG support interface with a PLA one. In this way, the support does not adhere to the piece and the bottom of the model is significantly improved).

Two profiles with a modifier have also been uploaded to give the upper section a “diffuse skin,” a finish that looks quite good on this model. Choose whichever you prefer!
