Description

This is a modular beer holder system designed to fit different bottle types and support optional utility modules.
You can attach holders for a cigarette pack, a Clipper lighter, and an Elfbar, which fits inside the modular grip.

Included Bottle Presets:

  • 66 mm – US 12oz Stubby
e.g. Bud Light, Coors, Millernot tested
  • 61 mm – Longneck (330 ml)
    e.g. Beck’s, Jever, Heinekentested
  • Custom size → See the Onshape link below to configure your own diameter

The presets marked as "not tested" could not be verified due to lack of sample bottles.
If you want to try one of these, please print the fit ring first to check compatibility.
It should fit snugly around the bottle without being able to support its own weight.

🛠️ Simple Module Insertion

The modules can be easily inserted into the main holder body.
Once inserted, simply screw on the Screw-Secure ring to make sure the modules don’t fall out during use.
This ensures a tight fit and a reliable grip for all your accessories.

I`m currently working on some other modules too. I will add them to this post and also to the Onshape document. Feel free to design your own modules by using the included Template for custom modules.

⚠️ Important:

  • If you're using the Onshape link to configure your own size,
please read the included instructions first before making any changes or exporting the model.

This modular system is festival-tested, practical, and lets you carry all your essentials in one hand.

Onshape customize guide:

Onshape document

First you have to configure your diameter by changing the Bottle_diameter in the top right in mm.

There you can also choose if you want to have the vape inside the handle.

  • There is also an option to increase/decrease the tolerance between the modules if you encounter tolerance issues (not shown in the pictures but in the link). If the default (0.05mm) is too tight I would recommend 0.075mm or 0.1mm.

Then you have to select all the Parts (8).

Then hit right click on the objects and select export

Finally make sure these selections are made and hit export.

If there is anything thats unclear or could be improved please let me know in the comments.
