Description

Hello,

I was annoyed that I could not lift the glass plate when using the AMS.

Here is the result.

The riser is placed in place of the glass plate. The glass plate goes on the lower part of the riser.

There are two compartments for spare plates and the option to attach small storage boxes on the right and/or left.

The dimensions of the drawers correspond to the dimensions of the original tool tray.

An insert for hotends is also included.

The print is done on at least 6 plates, with additional plates for the drawers depending on the number.

The print time for the riser with trays is approximately 73 hours with PLA+ and a 0.4 mm HF nozzle.

The assembly can be seen in the pictures.

For a better connection, I used 6 mm and 2 mm metal pins.

6 mm x 30 mm:  https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07NYN94L6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

2 mm x 18 mm:  https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07NVFLTXS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

The sides include the option to install additional LED strips.

Important!

The lip on the front part must be removed with a utility knife, otherwise problems with the ventilation flap may occur.

See photo.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Happy printing…
