Description

It's not completed Beta version of automated roller blinds (developed for mosquito mesh).

Base modified from source:

https://makerworld.com/en/models/434019-775-motor-gear

Non-printable parts used:

28mm diameter 12v motor (irfz44n with 5k(10k) variable potentiometer to regulate speed)

6mm rod(thread)

2x 609 ball bearing

2 channel relay

fishing line and bottle as counterweight :) (wind in opposite direction to the cloth)

ToDo:

Needed to create assemble guide

Counterweight development instead of bottle (or spring friction as replacement)

Tension mechanism to tune friction and height of one of sides (for compensation cloth tension)

Set cover boxes 30mm deep (for mosquito mesh. For blinds existed 18mm enough)

Program fully automatic

Update:

Small and big gears replaced to higher gear ratio

Cone shaft washer added for fishing line squeezing.

Hope some parts like axle or attachable cover boxes will be applicable in your projects.
