Magnetic Poop Slide

My printer is elevated from the base, so instead of employing a slide-based support, I utilize magnets.

And I use a box with feet.

The holes are 0.1mm larger than the magnets.

They can be firmly inserted without adhesive using Bambu PLA.

Magnets are inserted by pressing them onto a rigid surface.

A 2mm hole has been drilled to facilitate magnet removal.

The V1 box is a prototype.

It is recommended to insert steel bolts or weld a steel plate into the side holes of the box.

For the bottom holes of the box, when elevating the printer from the base, adjust the height using bolts or adjuster pads.

The box holes are designed for M4 with a 3.4 diameter, so tapping is required.

This is an improved model.

Slide guides have been added.

Two 4x1.6mm magnets or M3 bolts can be fitted into the holes.
