Description
This is a linear actuator model I designed specifically for 3D printing technology.
You can download it for free and use it for teaching and learning, or directly integrate it as a linear motion unit when designing other models.
Furthermore, you can also, as needed:
- Modify the slider into a fixture for clamping or securing parts
- Use it as a camera slider for smooth linear motion shooting
- Create a small automatic door or opening and closing mechanism
DIY an automatic feeder, and so on.
The applications are limited only by your imagination!- The motor uses an officially purchased DC TTmotor
- Screwless and metal-free, assembly can be completed with only 3D printed parts
- Assembly is quick, taking approximately 3 minutes
- Original model files use SolidWorks 2022
- Includes Chinese and English assembly instructions

Horizontal placement tests show it can move a 3KG object, and applying lubricating grease to the screw and slider limit may increase this further!
