The version currently showcased has undergone three rigorous rounds of refinement and extensive testing. I. 3D-Printed Component Guide
- Material Selection: Considering the bumpy and jarring nature of car-mounted filming, it is imperative to utilize high-strength materials such as ABS, PETG, PETG-GF, or PETG-CF for printing. This ensures component durability under demanding operational conditions. The main body connection points (quick-release connector) are high-stress areas. Please verify 100% infill in your slicer settings to prevent breakage due to insufficient strength during use.
- Print Orientation Guidelines: The print orientation significantly impacts the finished product’s strength. Adhere strictly to the predefined bed orientation to fully leverage the characteristics of FDM printing technology, enhancing structural rigidity and preventing instability caused by incorrect orientation.
- Critical Component Handling: The 23mm ball head component utilizes a 100% infill print and includes pre-drilled M3 30 screw holes and space for heat-set nuts. This component works in conjunction with a third-party heavy-duty clamp and experiences significant stress during use, therefore we strongly recommend subsequently embedding heat-set nuts and tightening the screws to further enhance load-bearing capacity.(For the ball head assembly, strictly follow the instructions to insert M3×5×5 heat-set nuts and M3*30 screws for reinforcement))

III. Important Usage Notes
This pocket car-mounted stabilizer is a DIY device with inherent load capacity limitations. To prevent screw loosening or detachment, applying a small amount of threadlocker before tightening is recommended. It is compatible with mainstream action cameras such as DJI Pocket 3, GoPro, Insta360 ACE PRO, Insta360 X3, Insta360 X4, Insta360 X5, and some similarly sized devices.
Crucially, avoid mounting DSLR cameras or other expensive, delicate equipment. Use a securing tether during filming to prevent the shock absorption arms from fracturing due to insufficient material strength or substandard print quality resulting in equipment loss.
