Description

Raspberry Pi Zero 2W “Pwnagotchi” Case – For Waveshare e-Paper + X306 UPS

This rugged, snap-fit case was designed specifically for Raspberry Pi Zero 2WH builds with the Waveshare 2.13” e-Paper HAT+ and Geekworm X306 V1.3 UPS module (with a single 18650 battery). While commonly used for Pwnagotchi projects, this is a general-purpose enclosure perfect for portable Zero builds.

What’s Included:

The model includes 3 separate parts:

  • Main body (bottom) – Securely holds the Pi, UPS module, battery, and e-Paper display
  • Top lid – Available in different versions (see below)
  • Power button – Small snap-in button to power on the X306 UPS (print with brim)

Versions:

• Ver. A – With e-Paper Display

  • Top lid has a cutout for the 2.13” e-Ink display
  • Additional venting for airflow

• Ver. B – Without Display

  • For builds that don’t require the e-Paper screen
  • Includes two top lid styles:

     • One with small side vents

     • One with full hex vent pattern (placed on a separate plate due to the print by object setting for a multi color print)

Ports & Access:

  • Cutouts for X306’s USB-C charging port and Zero 2WH’s data micro-USB port
  • Power port on the Pi is covered for safety – Geekworm warns against using it on some UPS versions (v1.1); v1.3 is unclear, so this is a cautious design choice
  • Power button included to easily control the UPS module

Printing Notes:

  • Material: PLA
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Walls: 2 loops | Top/Bottom: 3 layers
  • No supports needed
  • Snap-fit assembly – no screws or glue
  • Designed for “print by object” workflow for easy multi-color printing
  • Don't forget to remove the unused top lead variation in the ver. B profile to save on print time and filament
