I was looking for an adapter to connect my air conditioner to the window. While several models already existed, none perfectly met my needs.

Most of these models either had a smaller connection or were too large to fit through my window slot. (Mine unfortunately also ended up being too large lol.)

I originally designed it to be inserted above the window, but it ultimately proved 2mm too wide.

The poor fit in one image is because I tried to slightly reduce the size of the final section in the slicer.

I attempted to glue the initial parts together, but in my opinion, this didn't work well with the narrow, long surfaces. I ultimately welded the parts together using a soldering iron, which worked remarkably well.

The hose opening measures 152mm. My hose fits snugly and holds very well on its own, as it is slightly larger.

The exhaust opening has external dimensions of 31x500mm.

I tried to maintain the approximate surface area of the 150mm pipe, which is why the rectangular area is quite large.

I printed it using PETG on an Anycubic Kobra S1.

I believe other materials like ABS or ASA would work equally well; I would advise against PLA, as the exhaust air becomes very hot.

(If anyone wishes to further modify the file, I have also included the Fusion 360 file.)

I have removed the files because Makerworld experienced some issues. However, I can also send them via email.

If modifications are desired, I am happy to accommodate.

I am not a professional modeler, and honestly, I didn't expect anyone to download this part at all :D.

Edit 1 02.07:

  • I have added another version with a 150mm connector. The connector is no longer centrally located but offset to the side for a better fit against the wall.
  • Added a version with a 125mm connector
  • Edited Part 2 for better exhaust air expulsion from the window.
  • Added a part with a 125mm connector, which has a slightly different shape and should fit better into a tilted window. (Not tested by me; it was a user request)

Edit 2 03.07:

  • Added Part 1 with a 155mm outer diameter
