RackHack: Your Smart & Simple 3D Filament Storage Solution
RackHack is a storage system designed to keep your valuable filament organized, protected, and easily accessible. Whether you're a seasoned maker or just starting out, RackHack offers a clean, efficient way to manage your filament.
Instructions: Print out the included RackHack files on your printer. I used PETG-CF filament for mine, which I would recommend for it's strength and durability. Use the strongest filament you have for the best results! After printing, get some 1 inch PVC pipe. (I got some at Lowe's for 8 dollars) Cut it to the appropriate size for your needs. Put on a RackHack module for every 2 feet of PVC. There must be one piece at each end. For example, if you had a 4 foot piece that you want to hang up, put one module at each end, and one in the middle. Space the RackHack modules approprietaly, then drill into the wall. Once all pieces are drilled in, simply snap the PVC tube into the hooks at the ends of the RackHack modules. Enjoy your new filament storage solution!
