• Injunction and damages: According to § 97 UrhG (German Copyright Act), the rights holder can sue for injunction and damages in case of unlawful use.
• Criminal liability: Under § 106 UrhG, the unauthorized exploitation of copyrighted works is punishable and can be punished by imprisonment or a fine.
• Platform ban: Violations will be reported immediately to MakerWorld, leading to a permanent account suspension.
