Modified Intex Hose with Custom-Designed Adapter and 35 mm Connection

The original Intex hose exhibited porosity at the connection point due to aging and material fatigue, resulting in leaks. To rectify this issue, the hose was severed, and a custom-engineered adapter with a 35 mm inner diameter was implemented. Furthermore, a novel thread design was developed for the Intex system's intake and outlet, as standard adapters from MakerWorld and other platforms proved incompatible. This bespoke solution now ensures a secure and leak-proof connection.
