ps: The approximately 28g miniature retractable sword has been sent, 28g Miniature Bamboo Sword Baby from wannawow(摆烂猫) MakerWorld: Free 3D Model Download

ps: This is my first attempt at a retractable sword, so there may be some imperfections. Feedback and suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
ps:I omitted support for the lid (difficult to remove), resulting in potential stringing, but this doesn't affect assembly or aesthetics. Further suggestions are appreciated for future improvements. Note: The lid screws on counter-clockwise.
To conserve material and printing time, the heavy brushing tower setting has been removed, and some parts lack layer settings. This has been validated (see end of document) and represents a novel approach. I hope you all enjoy successful prints.
PS: This is my first time making a telescopic sword, and I may not be familiar with it. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
PS: I didn't add any support to the lid (it's difficult to remove), it may be a bit brushed, but it doesn't affect screwing it on or its appearance. If you have any better suggestions, please provide feedback so that I can make further changes. Note that the lid is turned upside down
This model has been validated (at the end of the article) for the sake of saving materials and time by removing the setting of heavy brushing towers and not setting up layers in some parts. It can be considered a new attempt, I hope everyone can print successfully.
Recommended Filaments:
I currently recommend two color schemes.
1. Multicolor: Employ a green gradient (consider P's Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter collection) or Bambu PLA light green, paired with Bambu PLA Silk gold.
My settings exclude a support structure. I find it unnecessary.
2. Monochrome green or gold are also aesthetically pleasing.
Printing consumables:
I temporarily recommend two colors.
1. Multicolor: Use a green gradient (refer to P's Spring/Summer Autumn/Winter collection) or light green from Bambu PLA. Then print in gold with Bambu PLA Slik.
My configuration does not include a flushing tower. I actually feel like there's no need to place it.
Monochrome, green, or gold all look pretty good
Styles:
1. Basic Version: Requires a single print; individual sections are not removable. Yields the best aesthetic results.
Advantages: Enhanced stability; withstands vigorous shaking; sections contract and expand in a manner mimicking bamboo.
Disadvantage: Slightly shorter length (refer to image).
2. Simplified Version: Each internal section is removable.
Advantages: Removable internals mitigate damage from printer malfunctions; supports multi-part printing.
Disadvantage: Resembles a rod more than bamboo.
3. Extended Version: Adjusted inter-section spacing allows for greater extension.
Advantage: Increased length!
Disadvantage: Increased length renders it more susceptible to breakage.
1. Basic version: The entire sword needs to be printed as a whole, and each section in the middle cannot be taken out. But the effect is the best.
Advantages: It is relatively stable, not afraid of strong shaking, and the expansion and contraction of each section is more in line with the shape of bamboo
Disadvantage: It's a bit short (as shown in the picture)
2 Simplified version: Each internal section of this version can be taken out.
Advantages: It can be removed internally, reducing model damage caused by printer errors. Simultaneously supporting split printing
Disadvantage: More like a stick than bamboo
3: The extended version adjusts the gap between each section, allowing the sword to stretch and contract longer.
Advantages: Long!!!
Disadvantage: Too long and prone to breakage
Configurations:
Note: Two configurations are provided for multicolor printing: Configuration 1 (demanding on filament) and Configuration 2 (robust configuration).
Robust Configuration: (Right side) Layered multicolor printing results in more prominent gold rings.
Configuration 1 (Demanding on Filament): (Left side) More closely resembles bamboo.
Note that multi-color printing provides two configurations, namely Configuration 1 (which requires high consumables) and Configuration 2 for robust configuration
Robust configuration: Corresponding to the right side, layered with multiple colors, more golden rings will appear when printed
Configuration 1 (high requirements for consumables) :corresponds to the left side, more like bamboo
ps: Image depicts a miniature version.

Style:
1. Basic version: The entire sword needs to be printed as a whole, and each section in the middle cannot be taken out. But the effect is the best
2 Simplified version: Each internal section of this version can be taken out.
3: The extended version adjusts the gap between each section, allowing the sword to stretch and contract longer. But the cost is easy to break (everyone knows)
ps: Images illustrate the differences between extended, basic, and simplified versions.
PS: Images are the difference between extended and basic or simplified versions.

Accessories:
Accessories:
This model includes four accessories:
1: Upper cap with loop
This model has 4 accessories:
1: Upper cover with loop

2: Upper cap without loop
2: Upper end cap without loop

3: Lower cap (prevents sword slippage)
PS: Testing indicates some filaments may hinder cap closure. Gently scrape the internal sphere with a scraper to achieve desired tightness.
3: Bottom cover (used to prevent the sword from slipping out)

Print Testing Log:
1. P's Spring/Summer/Autumn/Winter collection plus Colorful Multi House gold: Successful
2. Bamboo filament (Ningmei) plus gold: Successful
3. Bambu green plus Bambu gold: Successful
4. Lambo dark gold plus Bambu green: Minor adhesion; configuration corrected.
5. PETG test: Successful, although minor print imperfections were noted. Likely material-related.
Print testing process:
1p's Spring/Summer Autumn/Winter Collection with Colorful Multi House Gold, Through
2 bamboo consumables (Ningmei) with gold color, through
3bambu green+bambu gold by
4 Lambo Dark Gold with Bambu Green, slightly adhesive, configuration has been corrected.
The 5petg test passed, indicating that there may be minor flaws in the printing. It may be due to the material.
