The other day, I wanted to turn on the bathroom heater while showering, only to find the switch had suddenly stopped working. Upon closer inspection, I discovered the battery was dead. Unfortunately, I only had a spare CR2032 battery at home, and its dimensions are completely different from the original CR2430 battery in the remote, making it unusable!
Just as I was worrying, a thought struck me: could I 3D print a CR2430-sized casing to fit the CR2032 battery? I immediately started working on it. After designing and printing the model, I installed it in the remote and tried it—and hey! It fit perfectly, and the bathroom heater lit up instantly!
This method is particularly suitable for emergency situations when you need to use the remote but don't have the right battery at hand. Give it a try! I've already prepared the model files for download and printing. Hope it helps everyone!～
