Description

This custom 3D printed holder is designed for the new generation of toll stickers used by I-PASS, E-ZPass, and other regional transponder systems. As toll agencies transition away from bulky transponders to low-profile stickers, this holder gives you the benefits of removability and reuse — perfect for switching between vehicles or storing the sticker when not in use.

✅ Fits most tollway sticker transponders (designed around a 92.34 x 25.88 mm size)
Two suction cup mount points for easy removal and reattachment
✅ Features a precision-cut recessed cavity to keep your sticker centered and secure
Countersunk screw recesses allow suction cup hardware to sit flush
✅ Rounded corners for a clean, finished look
✅ 3 mm thick version for extra rigidity

Designed with real-world measurements and tested for a snug fit, this model keeps your windshield clean, your sticker removable, and your setup looking sharp.

Suction cups not included in download. You'll need suction cups with 5 mm screw threads and ~9 mm plastic retaining rings (common on Amazon and hardware stores).

Ideal for travelers, rideshare drivers, or anyone who wants flexibility and a cleaner look.

Using PLA for support material is recommended because it separates more cleanly from the PETG body once cooled — especially when printing vertically where supports are required under the recessed shelf.

💡 Alternative Option: You can also print this model flat on the bed, which typically allows you to print support-free. This is a great option if you prefer faster prints or want to avoid support cleanup altogether.

This part has been tuned for reliable, repeatable printing and works well with PETG or other medium-rigidity filaments. A brim or adhesion aid is suggested when printing vertically.

This model was successfully printed using the following configuration:

  • Nozzle Size: 0.8 mm
  • Material: Clear translucent PETG (following Bambu Lab’s transparent PETG settings)
  • Supports: PLA supports used for easier cleanup compared to PETG
  • Orientation: Printed vertically to maximize clarity and minimize layer lines on the front face
