This cyberpunk katana measures approximately 93cm in length
Depending on the model's popularity, future updates will include a scabbard and stand
Important notes:
- The default print settings utilize lightning infill; both PLA and PETG have passed print tests
- For PLA, utilize high-strength filament; if using lower-strength filament, modify to an alternative infill pattern
- Ensure support structures are cleanly removed before assembly
- A pre-assembly is recommended before gluing to prevent misalignment and assembly failure
Below is a diagram of the blade component segmentation to assist in identifying the correct order
- For beginners, we suggest using 409 adhesive with a small dropper (typically included with purchase). Its lower viscosity facilitates precise application. Less is more; a moderate amount ensures strong adhesion. Many components are designed for interlocking, minimizing the risk of disassembly, and excessive glue may cause overflow, affecting aesthetics. Avoid applying glue to component edges to prevent overflow. Refer to the assembly video at the bottom of the details for gluing guidance
During bonding, use clamps or weights to secure the assembled components, minimizing gaps
Allow ample drying time before proceeding
