Description

A tileable and customizable jig to hold cards or other square/rectangle objects of any size for UV printing or laser engraving.

Includes positioning connectors to perfectly align the jigs to the print bed. They can also be used in the corner for easy and consistent positioning on the bed.

The default size is 63.2 x 88.2mm to fit MTG and Pokemon proxy cards.

To change the size and/or download the .stl, click on the Customize button and input the dimensions of the cards you will be using, the rest is automatic. It's a good idea to add .1mm to .3mm of tolerance to your dimensions depending on how accurate your printer is.

You can also adjust the height of the outer lip that holds the cards in place. This can be used to make it hold thicker things such as ceramic magnets, coasters, wallets, phone cases, etc! The corners are open which allow it to fit a wide range of objects.

Note: The connectors and positioners have very little tolerance in order to keep them secure and strong when multiple tiles are connected together. Any over extrusion or defects in your print can make them very difficult to snap in. If you can't get them to fit, scale the connectors down slightly (start at 1 - 2%) in your slicer and retry.

I will be releasing more jigs, especially once I get my E1! They will all use the same connectors and be tileable to fill any bed size.

If you have any requests for jigs let me know in the comments!
