Description

DIY vacuum lifter designed for Bosch Professional Batterys.

The electronics are original Bosch Professional spare parts.

V2 improvements:

  • vacuum release valve
  • Tpu base pads for higher shear force resiliance
  • quick coupling for accessories
  • base plate threaded inserts for adapters
  • rubberized casing
  • updated pcb mount

Successfully lifted max.60 kg in a test (without tpu base pads). Higher loads have not been tested.

For own slicing i reccomend 7 wall lines and 7 top and bottom layers for airtightness/stiffness

I used Prusament Ocean blue/ Bambulab  Petg HF (black and red) and Sainsmart Matte Tpu 95a //( TPU 95A HF (black) for tube).

→ I recommend really soft Tpu for base plate pads, or it will decrease lifting capacity!!

Weight of vacuum lifter with 4 ah Procore →1.703KG

Weight without battery →1.141KG

Warning: Complex Build Process.
