I previously connected my QLIMA P534 air conditioner's exhaust hose to a fabric panel secured to my window frame. This Velcro-fastened system required regular removal and reattachment, which proved cumbersome.

Therefore, I devised a far more efficient assembly:

  • A rigid plate inserted into the window frame (in my case, a 16 mm thick polycarbonate panel – adapt to your configuration)
  • An adapter designed using Fusion 360, enabling direct connection of the oval hose outlet to the plate
  • Installation is incredibly simple: the plate is positioned in seconds, and the hose automatically clips thanks to the 4 original lugs, which fit into the 4 holes in the part.

The part to be printed is the adapter shown in the photos. The plate must be sourced separately.

Designed for the QLIMA P534 air conditioner.

Not guaranteed for other models.

If you wish to verify compatibility with your air conditioner model, here are the measurements of the original adapter's oval outlet:

External length of the oval outlet: 200 mm

External width: 60 mm

Tree supports enabled, around the 4 cantilevered clipping holes.

Recommended material: PETG, to withstand the high temperature of the expelled air and outdoor exposure on the window side.

Tested with PETG Bambu → impeccable, robust, and clean result.
