Description
Fully Customisable Sorting Trays - 5x5 Mono Grid
Need a box? Check out my customisable rugged box that fits these trays perfectly.
Need multi trays? Check out my customisable multi trays.
Features:
- Fully parametric design, if you need a custom size, just click “Customise” and enter the overall internal size of your box.
- Tolerances have already been accounted for.
- The design of each tray has a small recess to allow you to easily remove each tray as you require.
- This recess also allows the lid to close and not clash, allowing for full use of the internal height in the box.
- Added bonus, I think the design of the trays is quite nice if I do say so!
- Designed on a 5x5 grid layout.
- The reason I chose 5x5 and not 7x7 or 4x4 is the trays would either be too small or too large, instead I created a mono grid and multi grid to let you choose.
- By default the trays are designed to fit into my rugged box with the dimensions of 200mm Wide x 150mm Long.
- The box that these trays have been designed for has a 18mm tall base and lid meaning the tray height is 34mm tall (Internal height)
- Designing the trays this way in tandem with my rugged box means the trays make full use of the height inside the box, preventing parts from falling out.
Types of Trays:
- Default box size 200x150x34mm (internal dimensions)
- Have a different size box? Hit the customise button!
- A full set of 25 mono trays (All the same 1x1).
- 29.7mm Long x 39.7mm Wide x 34mm tall
