Laboratory centrifuge tube rack (supports 0.2mL PCR tubes, 1.5mL, 2mL, 15mL, 50mL centrifuge tubes)

A modular centrifuge tube rack adaptable to biological laboratories, designed to hold PCR tubes, 1.5mL, 2mL, 15mL, and 50mL centrifuge tubes simultaneously on a single rack, facilitating the handling of both large and small volume samples.

A single rack can accommodate 36 PCR tubes (8-strip compatible), 24 1.5mL or 2mL centrifuge tubes, 6 15mL centrifuge tubes, and 2 50mL centrifuge tubes.

This model was initially designed to address the inconvenience of transferring liquids from large-volume storage vessels to small-volume reaction tubes, hence the limited number of slots for larger centrifuge tubes.

This model's dimensions are based on 15mL and 50mL centrifuge tubes from Wuxi NEST; 2mL and 1.5mL centrifuge tubes and 0.2mL PCR tubes from Corning Axygen. Feedback on compatibility with other brands is welcome.

To conserve material, most of the 3mf file uses only 3% infill density; the PCR tube section uses a modifier to set the infill density to 5%; the number of wall layers is 2 for all parts. Using PETG (recommended) only requires 101g of filament. In practice, the strength is sufficient for use.
