Pop Up Canopy Repair Part

 I made this to repair our 10x10 pop up canopy, one of the side support piece bent and broke at the screw hole so I replaced the small black cross brace piece with 100mm sleeve. I added the recessed cutout for the nut but you can run the bolt through from the opposite if yours broke on the other side. I had to find a longer M5 screw due to the thickness of the new part. I also put a hole on each side to secure the cross bars since it broke.. I used 5/16 self tapping screws.. The inside dimensions are 12.5 mm x 22.5 mm. It's a little bulky but it works.
