Description

Updated Connectors 11/10/25

You can customize the connectors and positioners by going to this model page here:

https://makerworld.com/en/models/1600943-connectors-for-tilejigs-v2

A tileable and customizable jig to hold balls of (almost) any size for UV printing.

The one in my print profile is sized for golf balls and has inverted dimples to help keep them from rotating from vibrations during printing. The customizable version is smooth and will maintain a 2mm gap between the thickest points of the balls no matter what size you make it.

-Can be connected together to fill the entire bed.

-Easily align and consistently position to the same location on the print bed via positioning connectors.

-Designed to reduce filament cost and speed up print times.

Update 07/11/25:

I have added an optional top plate to the Customize menu. It's just a simple plate that without connections, but you can choose how many holes it has in both the X and Y axis and the thickness.

Be sure that the BallDiameter matches the BallDiameter of your jig if you do use this option, otherwise the holes will not line up properly.

~ATTENTION E1 USERS~

The E1 has a listed weight limit of 3.3lbs.

This means you should only attempt to print a maximum of 32 golf balls at once (x8 tiles worth).
