Description
Based on the retractable cable shown in the figure, I designed a retractable cable organizer This single-pull retractable cable has an outer dimension of 41x41x13mm, a fixed side length of 20cm, and a retractable side length of 70cm It supports up to 65W PD Also, this model uses a cable directly welded to the module, with the end fixed by sealant see if you can accept this
I personally use the 4-cable version, and have also modified versions for 2-5 cables, choose as you prefer The mounting method shown in the figure uses M3x5x5 heat-set inserts The default mounting method for the model is traceless adhesive or M3 flat-head self-tapping screws Additionally, the STEP file has been shared, and the bottom mounting method can be modified by yourself

Note that the bottom has several cuts to prevent warping caused by long straight lines For bridging layers, it's recommended to print them rotated 45° according to settings otherwise, printing the bottom directly might result in bridging failures with several dangling lines
PS: Note that this model is for 70cm long cables please confirm if it's long enough for your needs for my own use, it was just slightly short If it's not long enough, you can choose this 80cm long one, but it will be a bit more expensive
