Large Elven fantasy sword for cosplay

Description
Hey thanks for taking a look at my elven fantasy sword model.
I designed this sword at the request of my friend for her tattoo studio as a wall decoration but with slight modifications the sword is also suitable for cosplay and won't fall apart from waving or carrying. I designed it based on a drawing found on the Internet.
When assembled, the sword is 153cm(60 inch) long and has room inside for several wooden or metal tubes 8mm(5/16 inch) in diameter .
Tube lengths needed for the sword:
-140cm(55 inch)
-6.1cm(2.4 inch) 4 pieces
-4,2cm(1.65 inch) 2 pieces
-3.2cm(1.26 inch) 2 pieces
The arrangement of the tubes is shown in the documentation.
Personally, for the tubes I recommend wooden cat toy sticks, at least the ones in Poland have the perfect diameter and these two small triangles are for aligning blade 1 with blade 2, all the rest of the shapes on the cut planes are also just for a better alignment.
