I hope you liked the model, if so, please press the boost button, thank you very much
This model was born from my need for spools for filament refills, and having an A1 mini I cannot print complete reusable spools because they are too large, so I thought of this solution that allows using finished cardboard spools so they don't have to be thrown away
For this print, I recommend using materials that are more resistant to temperature, such as PETG, ABS, etc
Below I have attached a small tutorial on how to assemble the spool:
- Take a cardboard spool
- Cut or tear the various pieces of the spool as in the second photo and discard the central cylinder
- Screw the 2 screws into the cardboard pieces as in the third photo
- Screw the central piece where the spool goes into one of the cardboard pieces
- Position the spool paying attention to the placement of the spool's cut
- And finally screw the other cardboard piece to close the spool
