Modification of the Ultimate Reinforced Stethoscope Holder by stephenkoplin on Thingiverse. Only slightly modified to accommodate some larger stethoscope bells (by stretching the model slightly). Note that it will not hold an EKO 500 (stethoscope with the screen).
Recommend printing with PETG like I did (will be more durable and UV resistant than PLA) but you could feasibly print with PLA. Will clip onto belts, scrub pockets, etc. Tested with my Littman Core stethoscope.
To clip in stethoscope, first make sure the springs are firmly in place in the model. Then, squeeze the stethoscope tubes (near the eartips) together and push them through towards the back of the model, making sure the eartips gently sit on top of the model. Then, push the narrow part of the bell/diaphragm (either side can face out) down into the springs. This will create a nice, firm hold for the entire stethoscope. Clip the model wherever you need to (at your hip, on a scrub pocket, on a belt) and go about your day!
As per the original model and my usual byline, I allow commercial use of this model! Feel free to sell to nurses, medics, and anyone that uses stethoscopes!
This model is available in a medical collection! See it here!
