Put your middle school knowledge of pulley systems to use (also suitable as an educational tool)! Especially useful for high clotheslines that are difficult to reach! It can smoothly lift heavy laundry.(If installing, please watch the video! It contains detailed assembly
and winding instructions!)
The clothes hoist comprises five pulleys, a suitable length of nylon rope, and one rod (PS: A relatively rigid rod is recommended—a broom handle, for example. If truly unavailable, the provided 'Clothes Rod' configuration can be printed, though the printed material’s rigidity may result in bending, yet will still sufficiently bear the load), including one pair of fixed pulleys, one pair of movable pulleys, and an additional fixed pulley to alter the direction of the distal end. Three configurations are available: Configuration 1: prints two pulleys per build plate; Configuration 2: prints one pulley per build plate; Configuration 3: Clothes Rod (3D printed filament, though sourcing a rigid rod is preferred).
