Description

This racket handle allows to explore, learn and create muscle memory for various hand positions on a tennis racket.

This training is also applicable for other racket sports such as padel, badminton, pickleball, touchtennis and others.

The files contain both right- and left-handed players options.

This item can be a useful tool for tennis coaches as well as a good gift for beginners.

💡If printing both right- and left-handed variations use different filaments to color code the handles

Indicates following grip positions:

  • Continental
  • Forehand Eastern
  • Forehand Semi-Western
  • Forehand Western
  • Backhand Eastern
  • Backhand Semi-Western

How to use

  • Print the correct version (right- or left-handed
  • Grab the handle; pay attention that the forehand/backhand contact sides are in correct orientation
  • The section coinciding with the index finger knuckle will indicate your current grip position

Print notes

  • No supports needed
  • Printed vertically, to ensure best text quality
  • Vertical position requires good bed adhesion. A brim might be a good idea in some cases
  • The print doesn't require particularly thin layers (0.2mm gives good quality text)
  • If printing both right- and left-handed variations use different filaments to color code the handles
